Returns and Exchange:
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending on the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded the full payment or with a Store Credit.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
Exchange & refund requests are accepted by email: global@chrisharis.com
You will have to send us a clear photo on of the product to prove it is on the original conditions.
No exchange requests will be accepted after 48 hours inside Lebanon and 14 days internationally after receiving the order for any reason.
Exchange claims will be reviewed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
